Paulette Hyland serves as the treasurer of WEA. She is an Elementary Counselor at Woodbridge Elementary School. Ms. Hyland began her career as a teacher of 1st graders with special needs. Paulette attended Hampton University, University of Delaware, and received her Master's Degree from Wilmington College.

Ms. Hyland has been an active member from the time she was hired. She has accepted leadership roles in WEA (building rep., vice president, and now treasurer) because she believes a person should remain active in their professional organizations.
