Theresa Harris Quigley is a 4th grade TAM teacher at Woodbridge Elementary School, for Woodbridge School District in Bridgeville, Delaware. Mrs. Quigley is dual certified in General Education (1st through 8th grades) and Special Education. In addition, Mrs. Quigley is highly qualified in Social Studies through grade 8. Mrs. Quigley received her B.A. in History from the College of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina (1986) and her M.A.T. in Elementary Education from the University of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina (1993).
