Mrs. Cathcart is the LEAP teacher at Woodbridge Elementary School. She has been teaching for 8 years and has been a WEA Association Representative for 2 years. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Salisbury University and her Master's Degree from Wilmington College. She currently lives in Milton with her husband, two dogs and a cat.
